工作內容

We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer located in Tokyo to lead and manage business activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and visionary leadership in leading business functions will scale up WITS Japan in maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating new business, improving service levels, ensuring business sustainability, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the WITS Japan's account management & business development teams, strategies formulation, and business planning to find the best way to achieve your objectives.
* Analyze data and business context within the IT outsourcing service industry to develop the most effective business plans and SMARTKPIs to achieve revenue and net profit targets.
* Provide guidance and input when WITS Japan would design and implement new processes or procedures of work to achieve specific sales objectives.
* Hire and manage the commercial sales team, engaging and motivating highly talented people to unleash their potential and deliver the best results.
* Listen and evaluate clients’ feedback and thoughts from satisfaction surveys to enhance processes and delivery or to establish new practices for the account management & business development teams.

* Excellent communication skills (Japanese and English)
