工作內容

1. Work with head quarter team in Japan to develop Wafer/IC test program. Verify testing program and machine for mass production.
2. CP/FT setup and debugging in OSAT side.
3. Handle NPI in OSAT sites.
4. Support production ramp-up, trouble shooting, and MP maintenance, including H/W, test program and test time reduction, RT rate improvement, and yield improvement.
5. Able to support frequent business trips in Taiwan, China, Korea, and Japan.

1. 與日本總部團隊合作開發晶圓/IC測試程序，並驗證量產測試程序與機台。
2. 負責在OSAT（封測廠）進行CP/FT的設定與除錯。
3. 處理OSAT廠區的新產品導入（NPI）。
4. 支援生產良率提升、問題排除及量產維護，包括硬體（H/W）、測試程序與測試時間縮短、RT比率提升以及良率改善。
5. 能夠配合頻繁的出差，包含台灣國內、中國、韓國及日本等地。
6. 工作地點：新竹。

招募條件

1. Bachelor's or Master degree of Science, Engineering or related department.
2. At least 5 years working experience in Semiconductor Wafer/IC Testing engineering, test program development, coding, debugging, and maintenance.
3. Familiar with Advantest T2000 / V93000 platforms
4. Excellent communication, Statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills
5. Good at making suggestions or proposals.
6. Able to collaborate with local team in TW and head quarter team in Japan.
7. Excellent Chinese and English-speaking skills for daily operations.
8. Able to speak Japanese is a bonus point.
9. Support test tooling—probe card, load board layout review and confirmation.

3. 熟悉Advantest T2000 / V93000測試平台。
4. 具備良好的溝通能力、統計分析能力及問題解決能力。
5. 擅長提供建議或提案。
6. 能夠與台灣本地團隊及日本總部團隊協作。
7. 具備良好的中文與英文溝通能力，能應對日常工作需求。
8. 會日語者尤佳。
9. 支援測試工具（如探針卡、載板）的佈局審核與確認工作。。
